EGA Process Serving, founded on the principles of the Marine Corps., is a veteran owned and operated small business. Our process servers and staff have law enforcement and/or military backgrounds and are trained in process serving techniques to locate individuals, handle special documents, and other legal matters. All of our process servers are equipped with the resources enabling them to provide real-time updates while attempting service of process.

Robert is sooo compassionate !!! He really is the best. I called him Wednesday night after 6pm and he had my papers served by noon the next day. Unbelievable ! My target was semi evasive. He also provided me with comfort about the legal situation I was going through and it was nice to have someone listen and make me feel like things would be ok ( and this is totally not his job btw) !

I didn’t have a clue how to go about having important documents served within a very short window. I called this company and actually spoke with a live person! In which I was impressed.
The gentleman I spoke with name was Robert, when I tell you he walked me through every question I needed an answer to in a very patience voice. I shared with him that my time to have these documents served is almost up. Robert assured me he would do his best to get it done, and he did !!really less then 24 hours. AMAZING JOB WELL DONE!! I looked around for a few servings companies and didn’t have the best experience, but when I finally reached out to EGA specifically Robert my stressful situation turned upside down. He was fantastic to work with and extremely responsive. He was professional and knowledgeable on what needed to be done and how to go about it. He was able to serve a day before our agreed time! EGA Processing was a joy to work with. Robert responded to my initial call immediately. Once I received the paperwork and dropped it off at EGA the service was attempted within a few hours. Upon finding out that the person being served had moved Robert called me immediately for an alternate address. The person had moved to Northern VA, but, none the less, the person was served by 8:30am the following day. The whole process was completed within 18 hours and my attorney had Robert’s affidavit of service within 24 hours of when I provided EGA with the paperwork. Everyone I encountered at EGA was very pleasant and professional. I would not hesitate to use EGA’s services again.
